Easter Seals Transportation Groups Seeks to Hire
a Training and Technical Assistance Specialist II

 

In 2010, ESPA provided in-depth technical assistance
to the community of King County in Washington.
Have you ever taught travel instruction at a transit agency? Managed paratransit services? Helped to coordinate inclusive transportation options in your community? Bring your passion for accessible transportation and livable communities to the Easter Seals Transportation Group!

Apply now to be a training and technical assistance specialist II. Located in DC, this position will work on two Easter Seals projects: Easter Seals Project ACTION and the National Center for Mobility Management. The Transportation Group is looking for someone who has the experience and  confidence to represent both of these national training and technical assistance centers. Aspects of this position will
include:

- Program design, coordination, and evaluation
- Project-related research
- Curriculum, product, and training material development
- Provision of trainings and presentations at local, state, regional, and national venues
- Technical support to individuals and communities seeking assistance to improve accessible   transportation options, coordinated transportation systems, and mobility management services
